Winemaker’s Dinner at The Joel Palmer House
Friday, February 24th

Winemaker Michael Stevenson is working closely with Chef Chris Czarnecki of The Joel Palmer House to craft a special dinner menu and wine pairing that is sure to delight the senses! The Joel Palmer House is an icon in Oregon Wine Country and certainly worth a special trip. The restaurant has received numerous awards over the years, recently including “Restaurant of the Year” from the Oregon Wine Board.

A James Beard Award-winning author, Jack Czarnecki established the Joel Palmer House restaurant inside of famous Oregonian Joel Palmer’s former home in 1997, and through his restaurant and his writing, he is one of the first to put Oregon’s truffles and bountiful wild mushrooms on the map. Today, his son Christopher heads the kitchen and delivers dishes of house-foraged ingredients.

Enjoy five courses, including wine pairings. $125 per person. Liz Chambers and Michael Stevenson will attend.
